Helios® GSM&DCS&UMTS Multi-band Microwave Link Repeater System is a innovation technology, and is designed to simultaneity solve problem of GSM&DCS&UMTS Multi-band weak mobile signal in the place that is far away from the GSM&DCS&UMTS Base Stations (BTS) and use public 7G/8G/11G/13G/15GHz microwave link as transmission band. And the one set microwave link can support transmission simultaneity for GSM&DCS&UMTS multi-band signal by adopting latest digital companding technique.

Helios® GSM&DCS&UMTS Multi-band Microwave Link Repeater System consists of seven RF parts as follows:

1. M/W Repeater Donor HUB Unit: To captures the respective GSM&DCS&UMTS BTS signal via direct coupler closed to respective GSM&DCS&UMTS BTS, then converts these signals into IF signal and transmits the amplified IF signal to the Microwave ODU which mounted on top of tower via IF cable.
2. Donor Microwave ODU: Will reconvert the IF signals into 7G/8G/11G/13G/15G (Option) microwave signal and transmits the amplified signal to Remote Microwave ODU by microwave antenna.
3. Remote Microwave ODU: Will reconvert the 7G/8G/11G/13G/15G (Option) microwave signal back to IF signal and transmits to M/W Repeater Remote HUB Unit via IF cable.
4. M/W Repeater Remote HUB Unit: Will reconvert the IF signals into respective GSM&DCS&UMTS RF signal and transmits the amplified signal to respective GSM&DCS&UMTS Remote Booster.

5. GSM Remote Booster: Will amply received GSM RF Signal from M/W Repeater Remote HUB Unit and send amplified signal to the coverage area by services antennas.
6. DCS Remote Booster: Will amply received DCS RF Signal from M/W Repeater Remote HUB Unit and send amplified signal to the coverage area by services antennas.
7. UMTS Remote Booster: Will amply received UMTS RF Signal from M/W Repeater Remote HUB Unit and send amplified signal to the coverage area by services antennas.

8. Details repeater parameters and status can be monitoring by built-in web interface, such as RSSI, temperature, output power level, gain, ATT, return loss, VSWR etc.
9. Support upgrading firmware remotely by GPRS.
10. M/W Repeater Donor Unit adopts 19" (2U Height) standard casing enclosure which is very easy to be installed into 19" cabinet in BTS room.
11. Microwave ODU, M/W Repeater Remote HUB Unit and all Remote Boosters all adopt casing enclosure with IP65 protection and compact design, cool system without fan.
